Investor wanted for the German glass mould specialist SCHRADER

The German SCHRADER GLASFORMENBAU is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers for glass moulds for the container glass industry. In the recent past the turnover volume ranged between 12 and 15 Mio. €. Due to structural reasons, SCHRADER is currently undergoing a process of corporate restructuring embedded in formal insolvency proceedings. Insolvency administrator is Mr. Hans-Peter Burghardt from the law firm BEB Rechtsanwaelte. His aim is to restructure SCHRADER both organizationally and financially in order to ensure a sustainable business continuation after insolvency. A process of adapting the workforce to future market demands has already been successfully completed.
