Funds will be allocated to enterprises at a reduced rate of 5% per year after the signing of loan agreements securing the obligations of the parties.
Previously, these projects were considered by the Expert Council Fund - a collegial body composed of representatives of business and banks, which on the basis of comprehensive analysis of funding decisions, revision or rejection of the project. The Supervisory Council - the supreme governing body of the Fund of industrial development, which makes strategic decisions, supervises the activities of the organization and takes the final decision on granting loans in excess of 368 million rubles.
