Fuyao Glass is Listed as Efficiency Benchmarking Enterprise of Key Products

(China Glass Network) National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has published name list of index and benchmarking enterprises for 16 kinds of key energy-using products. Comprehensive energy consumption of Fuqing 2nd production line of sheet glass is 15.3kgce/standard case, ranking first among the sheet glass manufacturing enterprises with production line scale more than 500t/d.

As one of the leading energy saving enterprises, Fuyao Glass keep improving potential of energy saving and emission reduction by developing new technology, new materials and new progressing technology. The company also introduced the latest technology from PPG and established shattered glass recovery system, which can recycle cullet of 100,000 tons each year. The six heat recovery boilers can efficiently recovery waste heat of high temperature flue gas. Fuyao Group invested 29.14 million RMB to transform the float melting furnace combustion system, transfer the heavy oil into natural gas project, reduce energy consumption of 12,000 tons of standard coal. The group also invested one million RMB to transform compressed air station, add a frequency conversion air compressor and reduce energy consumption of about 106 tons of standard coal.
