The stadium will use Q-Railing's Easy Glass Slim and Easy Glass 3kN railing systems, in addition to its glass clamp systems to enhance fans' view from the stands, according to Q-Railing officials. "We're honored and excited to be involved with the Maracanã's renovations," said Martin Mittelstaedt, business development manager, in a release. "As well as the obvious visual benefits of transparency in the stands, our glass systems will promote a clean, modern design, without losing the key safety aspect of railings."
