Jinjing Adds Investment to Tegzhou Jinjing Glass

(China Glass Network) Jinjing Technology (600586) announced on 26, November, the company has signed an investment agreement with the natural man Wang Jianmin. The company plans to add investment 100 million to Tengzhou Jinjing Glass Co., Ltd. Before adding investment, the company holds 90 percent stock rights. After it, the stock rights will rise to 92.85 percent. The profit of Tengzhou Jinjing Glass from January to December, 2012 is 1.7235 million yuan.
