Deron Patterson, PPG Industries senior account manager, flat glass (left), presented the 2012 Lou Green Award to Sandra Tovar, who accepted on behalf of her late father, Claudio Gonzalez, founder and longtime president of Harlingen Glass. The Lou Green Award recognizes an individual who has provided distinguished service to the Texas Glass Association and the glass industry. Patterson received the award in 2010.
