China Specialty Glass ends distributorship deal with Saint-Gobain Glass France

China Specialty Glass AG said its operating entity Guangzhou Hing Wah Glass Industry Co. and Miroiterie du Rhin SAS, a unit of Saint-Gobain Glass France, terminated their exclusive distributorship agreement, effective December 31, 2011. The deal, that was inked on May 27, 2011, covered selected advanced glazing solutions, according to a Jan. 5 RTTNews report.
