Fire crews are investigating what caused a small explosion at a Pittsburgh Glass Works plant in Berea, Ky., the night of Oct. 1, according to an Oct. 2 LEX18.com report. Officials say there was a glitch in the venting process at the plant, causing some equipment that heats the glass to explode. Although there was no fire, part of the roof was damaged, according to the report.
