Mappi expands Canadian presence

Following the installation of a tempering furnace at Liberty Glass Fabricators, Corona, Calif., in August, and one in Mexico at Bode de Vidrio Sa de CV in June, Italy's Mappi International, through its North American operation Mappi North America Corp., announced two more installations will take place in the province of Quebec in eastern Canada. LepageMillwork, Riviere du Loup, Quebec, and Vitrerie Lepage, Quebec City, will install furnaces in late August and early September, bringing Mappi's number of tempering ovens in Canada to seven, according to a companyrelease.
